After years of planning, stage 1 of our unique development in historic East Cove on Bruny Island has been completed.
Set on 12 acres of delightful bushland and bordered on two sides by the South Bruny National Park and by the waters of Adventure Bay on another, Parnella East Cove will initially be a single luxury self-catering cottage with a maximum occupancy of two people.
You will be able to indulge yourself and your companion with the very best that this special part of Tasmania has to offer and stay in an exquisite property sensitively designed by an award winning Tasmanian architect.
You will feel as if you are tucked away from civilisation with this unique property all to yourself but in reality you will be just a short walk away from the Pennicott Wilderness Cruise restaurant with the amazing Fluted Cape walking track almost at your doorstep.
Take an early morning swim at the nearby beach before breakfast on the deck at the cottage then jump in your car and head off to explore the sights and wonders of beautiful Bruny.
Or we can arrange guided wildlife tours for you or perhaps a sightseeing flight or boat cruise to give you a unique perspective of our special part of the world.
With an open-plan living arrangement and mezzanine bedroom floor, Parnella East Cove will have absolutely everything you’ll need for the ultimate long weekend.
Off grid luxury!
The cottage construction (stage 2) will commence next March (2024) and we will post updates regarding expected launch and tariffs after that.
Unfortunately, the cottage will not be suitable for guests with mobility problems such as climbing stairs. Pets will not be permitted but assistance dogs will be allowed with validated supporting documentation.
